My mission is to empower women to make mindful choices for epic wellness. Through small shifts in everyday life, you can have the vibrant life you have always wanted! I believe that nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated, exercise doesn’t have to be a pain, and meditation isn’t just for yogis. Everyone can benefit from positivity, clean water, whole food, healthy movement, and a daily gratitude practice. I am here to help you don your wings!
Currently, I am a certified yoga instructor and am enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. In January 2018 I will be taking on new clients, and in July I will be a certified health coach. I spend my days passionately reading, listening to podcasts, attending lectures, and researching on the subjects of mindset and nutrition. I ingest an enormous amount of information every day and I love to share what I learn with others. Those who join my tribe receive quality information and the opportunity to discover the best versions of themselves! I remind people to be present, be authentic, and be grateful every day for a happy, fulfilling life.
